A hurricane go-bag is not a beauty bag. It is for safety, medication, water, documents, food, communication and the supplies official guidance recommends. Once those are covered, five minutes is enough for personal care.

Pack one small pouch

Add toothbrush and toothpaste, soap or cleanser, deodorant, sunscreen, moisturiser, menstrual products, hand sanitiser and any medically necessary skin product. Use familiar travel sizes with clear labels. Include glasses and lens supplies if advised by your eye-care professional.

Personal care stays compact so emergency supplies keep priority.

Avoid emergency experiments

Strong acids, peels and elaborate routines can wait. Heat, interrupted sleep and limited water are enough variables. A simple cleanse, moisturiser and sun protection support comfort without consuming supplies.

Keep appointments out of the readiness equation. Business operations may change during alerts, and official safety information always outranks an old booking confirmation.

Build the household plan using Hazard Management Cayman Islands, then place the pouch beside the genuinely important things. If your cleanser has more evacuation space than your water, the packing meeting needs to reconvene.
