We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you, keep our newsletter going, or understand how people use our site - nothing more, and nothing hidden in fine print.
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email and message you type in, so we can get back to you. When you request a product order, we receive your contact details, selected products, preferred pickup date and notes. If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address to send occasional updates and offers. We also use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read - it doesn’t track you personally and it doesn’t use cookies.
Only to answer your enquiry, send the newsletter you signed up for, or make small improvements to the site based on what people actually visit. Order-request information is used to check stock, confirm prices, arrange pickup, contact you and complete the requested sale. We don’t build profiles and we don’t use your details for anything beyond what you asked for.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your details stay between you and us.
A few trusted services help us behind the scenes: Omnisend sends our newsletter emails, Resend delivers messages from our contact and order forms, and Cloudflare hosts the site and powers the analytics mentioned above. Each only ever sees what it needs to do its part.
